Disclosure of holdings

On behalf of Everest Capital LLC it is hereby announced that Everest Capital, through Emerging Markets Fund, L.P and Everest Capital Global Fund, L.P on the 20 December 2010 was allocated respectively 13,637,600 and 18,174,500 and in total 31,812,100 shares in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA, corresponding to 19.9 % of the share capital and voting rights in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA. The shares were acquired through allocation of new shares after the completion of the private placement that was approved by the EGM in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA on the 20 December 2010. After the trade Everest Capital LLC and its close associates will hold 31,812,100 shares, corresponding to approximately 19.9 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights of Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA.
