Disclosure of holdings

On behalf of Mr Ramoo Selvam it is hereby announced that Mr Ramoo Selvam and his close associates on the 20 December 2010 was allocated 24,080,000 shares in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA, corresponding to 15.1 % of the share capital and voting rights in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA. The shares were acquired through allocation of new shares after the completion of the private placement that was approved by the EGM in Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA on the 20 December 2010. After the trade Mr Ramoo Selvam and close associates will hold 24,080,000 shares, corresponding to approximately 15.1 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights of Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA.
