Disclosure of holdings

Halvor T. Svartdal (Hektor AS) was allocated 1,300,000 shares in a private placement in Dolphin Interconnect solutions ASA yesterday. Subsequent to the allocation, total holding of shares is 1,300,000 corresponding to 5.7% of outstanding shares in the company after the transaction.
