DISCLOSURE OF SHARE ACQUISITION

Ramoo Selvam and his close associates purchased 1,000,000 shares in Dolphin Group ASA on 9th of August 2011. Following the acquisition, Ramoo Selvam and his close associates hold 33,001,040 ordinary shares in Dolphin Group ASA corresponding to approximately 20.039 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights of Dolphin Group ASA.
