Disclosure of shareholding

On behalf of Everest Capital LLC it is hereby announced that Everest Capital, through Everest Capital Emerging Markets Fund, L.P and Everest Capital Global Fund, L.P on the 27th December 2012 sold respectively 217,424 and 84,501 shares a301,925 shares in Dolphin Group ASA, and subsequently own respectively 13,127,002 and 17,320,506 shares. After the trade Everest Capital LLC and its close associates will hold 30,447,508 shares, corresponding to approximately 9.98 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights of Dolphin Group ASA.
