Disclosure of Shareholding

Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company ("Varma") has on Friday 7 September 2012 bought 1.500.000 shares in Dolphin Group ASA ("the company").

Following the transaction Varma has a holding of 16.404.439 shares in the Company.

Due to the transaction Varma exceeded the threshold of 5% as referred to in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2. Varma now controls 5.38% of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company. This is based on the total number of shares of 305.073.325 in the Company.
