Disclosure of shareholding - Dolphin Group ASA

On behalf of Sabaro Investment Limited it is hereby announced that Sabaro Investment Limited on the 6.December 2013 acquired 1.109.467 shares of Dolphin Group ASA , corresponding to approximately 0,32 % of the share capital in Dolphin Group ASA. After the trade Sabaro Investment Limited will hold 17.416.500 shares, corresponding to approximately 5,1% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
