DOLP - Disclosure of holdings

On behalf of Everest Capital LLC  it is hereby announced that Everest Capital, through Emerging Markets Fund, L.P and Everest Capital Global Fund, L.P on the 1st October 2012 sold respectively 4,286,900 and 5,713,100 shares and in total 10,000,000 shares in Dolphin Group ASA, and subsequently own respectively 14,768,226 and 19,681,207 shares.

After the trade Everest Capital LLC and its close associates will hold 34,449,433 shares, corresponding to approximately 11.3 % of the outstanding share capital and voting rights of Dolphin Group ASA.
