DOLP - DISCLOSURE OF HOLDINGS

Reference is made to previous notices regarding completion of DOLP`s acquisition of the business StarGen Inc, pursuant to which i.a. StarGen Inc following the acquisition would hold 22% of the shares of DOLP which were to be distributed to the shareholders of StarGen Inc as part of a planned dissolution of StarGen Inc. The distribution of the DOLP shares to the shareholders of StarGen Inc was completed yesterday. Following such distribution the former StarGen Inc shareholders St. Paul Venture Capital VI, LLC holds 957,283 shares and Morgenthaler Partners VI L.P. holds 964,966 shares of DOLP, equalling approx 8.3% and 8.4% respectively. StarGen Inc does following completion of the distribution not hold any shares in DOLP.
