DOLP: Disclosure of shareholding

Ramoo Selvam and his close associates has today sold 10,000,000 shares in Dolphin Group ASA ("DOLP"). Ramoo Selvam and his close associates owns after this sale a total of 39,949,818 shares in DOLP, constituting 13.1% of the share capital in DOLP.

The percentage has been calculated based on 305,073,325 issued shares in DOLP.
