DOLPHIN GROUP - UPDATED FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2011

Due to the agreement entered with Artemis Shipping and integration of the new vessels chartered, the date for the release of the interim report for Q1 has been rescheduled to Monday 30 May. No changes in the other dates.

Updated financial calendar for 2011 is as follows:
                        
Monday 30 May 2011 - Interim report Q1 2011

Wednesday 17 August 2011 - Interim report Q2 2011

Wednesday 9 November 2011 - Interim report Q3 2011

The annual general meeting will take place Monday 30 May 2011.
