Dolphin Group ASA (DOLP) - Name change

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published 20 December regarding the resolutions made on the extraordinary general meeting in the Company. The general meeting resolved to change the name of the Company from Dolphin Interconnect Solutions ASA to Dolphin Group ASA.

The change of name was registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises on 22 December 2010.
