First tranche Numascale funding closed

Dolphin Interconnect Solutions is please to announce the first tranche funding of its subsidiary Numascale has closed. A total of 14 261 500 shares were issued at a price of 1 NOK per share for a total of 14 261 500 NOK. Total outstanding shares of Numascale are now 17 261 405. Dolphin Interconnect Solution owns 2 179 699 shares or 12.6%. Provisions for additional funding of up to 25 MNOK are in place contingent on certain milestone achievements.
