Atle Jacobsen, CEO, has bought 200 000 shares through Three M AS in Dolphin Group ASA (DOLP) at NOK 7,40 per share. After the trade Mr Jacobsen will directly and indirectly control 4 602 641 shares in Dolphin. In addition he holds 354 667 unexercised options, corresponding to 354 667 shares at the strike price of NOK 2.50, and he holds 1 498 500 warrants corresponding to 1 498 500 shares at the subscription price of NOK 2.50.

Erik Hokholt, CFO, has bought 135 135 shares through Økonomi og Regsnkapsbistand AS in Dolphin Group ASA (DOLP) at NOK 7,40 per share. After the trade and including the forward contract, Mr Hokholt will directly and indirectly control 3 868 468 shares in Dolphin. In addition he holds 456 000 unexercised options, corresponding to 456 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 2.50, and he holds 1 498 500 warrants corresponding to 1 498 500 shares at the subscription price of NOK 2.50.

Tim Wellls, Chairman, has bought 135 135 shares in Dolphin at NOK 7,40 per share. After the trade Mr Wells control 635 135 shares in Dolphin. In addition he holds 456 000 unexercised options, corresponding to 456 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 2.50, and he holds 1 198 500 warrants corresponding to 1 198 500 shares at the subscription price of NOK 2.50.

Terje Rogne, deputy Chairman, has bought 50 000 shares through Admaniha AS in Dolphin Group ASA at NOK 7,40 per share. After the trade, Mr Rogne controls 50.000 shares in Dolphin.
