Mandatory notification of trade

Gareth Williams, Chief Geophysicist, has today November 14, 2012 bought 200 000 shares in Dolphin at NOK 5.78. After the trade he directly and indirectly control 566 667 shares in Dolphin. In addition he holds 200 000 unexercised options, corresponding to 200 000 shares at the strike price of NOK 2.50.
