Mandatory notification of trade

In connection with the Private Placement in Dolphin Group ASA (hereafter referred to as "Dolphin" or the "Company") concluded on 7th March 2012 (we refer to a separate stock exchange notice issued earlier today) the following primary insiders have subscribed for and been allotted shares in the Private Placement:

Chairman of the board Anne-Grete Ellingsen has been allocated a total number of 81,500 shares in the Private Placement through Energy & Management AS. Energy & Management AS is controlled by Ms. Ellingsen and close associates. Subsequent to the completion of the share issue Ms. Ellingsen directly and indirectly controls 241,342 shares in Dolphin.

Board member, John Pickard has been allocated a total number of 32,500 shares in the Private Placement. Subsequent to the completion of the share issue Mr. Pickard holds 32,500 shares in Dolphin.

Simen Thoresen, board member elected by the employees, has been allocated a total number of 5,000 shares in the Private Placement. Subsequent to the completion of the share issue, Mr. Thoresen will hold 45,000 shares in Dolphin. In addition he holds 25,000 options in the company.

All the shares that are allotted in the Private Placement are subscribed to a price of NOK 4.60 per share.
