Proposal from the nomination committee

Reference is made to the notice for an extraordinary general meeting in Dolphin Group published on 20th October 2011.

The nomination committee proposes that Ms. Eva Kristensen is elected as a new board member in the company.  

Ms. Kristensen has more than 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry. She has worked for different companies delivering service and equipment to the oil companies, such as Aker Subsea, Aker Process Systems, Aker Drilling Risers and GE Oil & Gas. In addition she has worked four years as a sales director for the IT company, Atea. Ms. Kristensen is today managing director at GE Oil & Gas' (former Vetco) Nordic. Ms. Kristensen has served as board member for companies such as Pertra ASA (now Det Norskeoljeselskap ASA), Kværner Oil Field Products AS and Kværner Energy AS.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held in the company's premises at Helsfyr Atrium, Innspurten 15, 0663 Oslo on Thursday 10th November 2011 at 10:00 hours. Registration from 9:30 hours.
