Purchase of own shares

Oslo (12 November 2014):  Dolphin ASA today purchased 197.615 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 3,2994.

The transaction is part of the buy-back program authorized by the Annual General meeting held 28 May 2014. The AGM authorized Dolphin to buy back up to 10% of Dolphins shares before its 2015 AGM.

After this transaction Dolphin holds 666.615 own shares (acquired as part of its current buy-back program).
