Oslo (25 November 2014): Dolphin ASA today purchased 250.000 own shares in the market at an average price of NOK 3,0772.

The transaction is part of the buy-back program authorized by the Annual General meeting held 28 May 2014. The AGM authorized Dolphin to buy back up to 10% of Dolphins shares before its 2015 AGM .

After this transaction Dolphin holds 1.904.000 own shares (acquired as part of its current buy-back program.)
