I have wanted to increase my exposure to the Dome share for a long time, and I was finally able to acquire a solid position. Petter Smedvig Hagland is Dome’s largest shareholder through different legal entities, but those had to sell a part of their positions, so they would not have to initiate a public offer in relation to the ongoing debt conversion.”
