Dome Energy Announces New Appointment of Non Executive Board Member

Dome Energy AB. (Ticker: DOME) herein after “Dome” and/or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that subject to AGM approval it will appoint Petter Smedvig Hagland to its Board of Directors as a non-executive member.

With an extensive background in Oil & Gas, Shipping and Banking, Mr. Hagland’s career experience includes working with Smedvig Offshore Group, Hambro Rabben & Partners, Morgan Stanley and served on the Smedvig Advisory Board from 2005 -2011.

Currently, Mr. Hagland serves as the chairman of Norwegian investment firm Petrus AS and has been a managing member of Range Exploration Partners LLC since 2008 and currently holds 3,137,535 shares in Dome Energy AB.

Mr. Hagland holds a MSc in Economics from Cambridge University, England.
