Dome Energy AB. (Ticker: DOME) herein after “Dome” and/or “the Company” is pleased to provide an operational and drilling update on the Orange field, Texas.

Dome is in the second stage of the Orange drilling program focusing on the South West section of the field. The initial well “F.T. Peveto A #6”, reached its target depth with encouraging logging results showing clear indications of hydrocarbons in multiple zones at different depth intervals.

The Company is pleased to report that following the successful perforation of the primary Miocene formation, the well had an initial free flow of 7.5 barrels of oil per hour containing zero water or gas cut. After choking the well back, to preserve production productivity, the well is currently flowing at ~80 barrels per day.

Chief Executive Officer, Paul Morch, stated: “We are very pleased with the result from F.T. Peveto A#6. It has been over 20 years since the last well in the Miocene was completed in the Orange field and we believe that the Miocene has great potential for Orange. We expects the well to have in excess of the originally estimated 80,000 barrels recoverable reserves with further potential sands and formations available to exploit.”
