Kristian Lundkvist resigns from the Board of Directors of Dome Energy AB

Dome Energy AB. (Ticker: DOME) (herein after “Dome” and/or “the Company”) today announces that Kristian Lundkvist has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors.

Kristian Lundkvist has - in accordance with his investment company Middelborg strategy to focus on fewer and larger investments – resigned from the board of directors of Dome Energy AB, to focus on board positions in companies which compromise a significant part of Middelborg’s portfolio. Lundkvist has served on Dome’s Board since 2012.
