Dometic withdraws proposed IPO
Dometic withdraws proposed IPO Dometic and EQT Northern Europe announce today that they have decided to withdraw the proposed Initial Public Offering ("IPO") of shares in Dometic. Although the shares on offer were more than fully covered by indicated investor demand within the price range, demand from IPO investors was not found to be sufficient to ensure a successful post-IPO market for the shares. Dometic continues to perform well with excellent prospects and EQT Northern Europe is committed to participate in the future development of Dometic as principal shareholder.
