Donkey Republic Q3 2021: Key Performance Indicators

Total 132k users, up 71% from Q3 2020 + Total 1.4m trips, up 59% from Q3 2020.
Main growth driver compared to last year is the visitor segment, with international travel returning to the Donkey cities. However, the local rider segment also continued to grow and now makes up more than half of our ridership despite the visitor numbers being on a pre-covid level. This underlines the strong traction we have among citizens in Donkey cities.

Fleet size 13.6k, up 4% from Q3 2020.
The SaaS (Software as a Service) business continues to be a strong driver behind our fleet growth where again we can show a growth compared to the previous quarter of appr. 20%. The MaaS (Mobility as a Service) fleet remained stable but with the IPO we have kicked off some major investments in the extension of the fleet which we expect to be delivered in 2022.

- Adjusting revenue forecast for 2021 up by 10%
Record numbers in both trips and riders have also a very positive impact on our rider revenue. In addition to that, we see that our recurring revenue streams continue to show high growth rates. We therefore revise our 2021 revenue forecast upwards to 33-35m DKK from 30-32m DKK.
