CORRECTION: Donkey Republic convenes for annual general meeting

The correction refers to company announcement no. 4 that mistakenly referred in its title to an extraordinary general meeting, even though it is an annual general meeting. The corrected announcement follows in its entirety.
The annual general meeting of DonkeyRepublic Holding A/S is hereby convened for 22 April 2022 at 13.00 (CEST) - The general meeting will be held electronically.

- Adoption of the annual report
