Donkey Republic Holding A/S held its Annual General Meeting today at 1pm CET, at which the Annual General Meeting resolved the following:
- Took note of the report on the activities in 2021
- Adopted the annual report for 2021
- Approved the allocation of the annual result
- Re-elected all existing members of the board of directors
- Re-elected Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab as auditor
- Authorised the chairman of the meeting
