DonkeyRepublic Holding A/S held an Extraordinary General Meeting today at 10am CET, at which the general meeting resolved the following:

·       Elected Erdem Ovacik as new member of the board of directors

·       Authorised the board of directors to issue warrants

·       Authorised the chairman of the meeting
