Dooba Finance AB (publ) issues additional bonds of SEK 99 million within its existing bond framework

Dooba Finance AB (publ) (the “Company”) has successfully issued senior unsecured bonds in the amount of SEK 99,000,000 under its existing framework of up to SEK 600,000,000 senior unsecured bonds due 2024 (ISIN: NO0010895360) at an issue price of 100 per cent. The total outstanding nominal amount after the issue will be SEK 599,500,000. The Company is intending to use the net proceeds from the issue to finance general corporate purposes.
