Annual General Meeting of DORO shareholders to be held at 5 pm. on 5 March 2002 at the Scandic Hotel Star in Lund, Sweden Proposed Board of Directors Ahead of the AGM to be held on 5 March 2002 a group of owners representing 49% of the votes in the company has made the following proposal regarding the composition of the Board of Directors: Members of the Board: Rune Andersson (re-election) Anders Bülow (re-election) Ulf Körner (re-election) Joen Magnusson (re-election) Gunnar Åkerblom (re-election) Thomas Persson (new election) Deputy: Anders Frick (re-election) Thomas Persson was born in 1954 and is a Graduate Business Administrator. He has been CEO of Brio since 2000. He was previously CEO of Ellos and has held various posts at International Masters Publishers and Gambro. He is a Board member of the Brio Group and Dansk Trälast A/S.
