DORO and SpectraLink sign agreement for distributing wireless voice-over- LAN product. DORO, the Lund-based telecommunications company listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange's OTC-list, has reached an agreement with SpectraLink (NASDAQ:SLNK), the leading manufacturer and provider of wireless telephone systems for the workplace, through DORO's subsidiary UpGrade Communication AB. The agreement gives UpGrade the ability to distribute SpectraLink's NetLink Wireless Telephone System(tm) (NetLink WTS) throughout Scandinavia and the Baltic states. NetLink WTS delivers Voice over IP capabilities to wireless LANs. This allows companies to operate a single internal wireless network for both voice and data, allowing centralised management, as well as substantial communication's cost savings. Using NetLink WTS, organisations can provide their staff with wireless telephones to make and receive calls from anywhere in the workplace, over a shared wireless network. The system enables greater workplace mobility, on-site productivity and rapid response to customers. "With NetLink WTS we will have wireless IP-telephony in our range of products. Wireless products are an increasing part of DORO.
