DORO sells switchboard business

DORO sells switchboard business DORO AB of Lund, listed on the O-list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, has signed an agreement with a major European actor to transfer its switchboard business from 15 March 2002. DORO 's switchboard products are sold throughout the Nordic region. The sale is in line with DORO's new strategy of refining activities to corded and cordless telephony. "DORO is continuing to concentrate on corded and cordless telephony. We are pleased to have signed an agreement with a major actor buyer that has industry know-how and the ability to further develop the business for the benefit of customers and employees," says Gunnar Åkerblom, DORO's CEO.
