DORO's Annual Report DORO's annual report is currently being distributed. Claes Bühler writes in his comments: "I am looking forward to another strong performance in 2000." In 1999 three important acquisitions were carried out, namely the Swedish company UpGrade, a company in France and one in Poland. DORO reported sales of SEK 1183 million for 1999, and if the companies acquired had been consolidated for the full year, sales would have been SEK 376 million higher, giving a pro forma sales figure of SEK 1559 million. An assessment of market conditions will be made for the coming financial year at the AGM on 14 March. DORO aims to provide rapid information to the equity markets and in line with this the annual report, which has been significantly enlarged, has been sent out much earlier than last year, and the AGM has been brought forward.
