Karin Moberg nominated to Doro AB’s Board of Directors

Karin Moberg’s experience includes 15 years in a number of leading positions within Telia and TeliaSonera. There, she held positions as Head of a subsidiary responsible for broadband and Internet in the Swedish market, Business manager for directory enquiries, Marketing Director, Vice President Brand Manager and Head of Communication. In addition to her assignment at Doro AB, Karin Moberg is a member of the Board of the Seventh AP Fund. Karin, who is 45, currently owns no shares in Doro AB.

“With her experience in the telecom sector, marketing and sales, Karin Moberg will make a strong contribution to Doro’s development,” says Bo Kastensson, member of Doro’s Nomination Committee and Chairman of the Board.

Tomas Persson, who has been a member of the Board of Doro AB since 2002, has declined re-election. Tomas Persson has explained that he wishes to focus on his own rapidly expanding distribution operation in Poland.

Others nominated to the Board are Bo Kastensson, Jonas Mårtensson, Peter Blom and Jérôme Arnaud, all of whom are already existing members of the Board of Doro AB.
