OXFORD DRAIN DOCTOR EXPANSION CREATES NEW JOBS AND IMPROVES SERVICE LEVELS
Strong economic growth is driving the expansion of the Oxford franchise of Drain Doctor, the UK’s premier combined emergency plumbing and drainage contractor.
Oxford franchise owners Jon and Lisa Parker are delighted with their solid business growth. Jon said: “I can’t put my finger on any single point that is creating more business for us. It is a combination of returning customers and new service opportunities which is making us busy.”
Jon and Lisa are devotees of Drain Doctor’s unique customer service ethos, which puts them in control of their experience with the company. The sustained growth enjoyed in Oxford has meant that Drain Doctor Oxford has had to add a new technician and another fully equipped van to its fleet covering the Oxford area.
Jamie Miller joined the business in January 2016 and brings with him lots of experience in the plumbing and drainage industry.
Jon said: “We are delighted to welcome Jamie. His experience will help us drive planned growth of around 15 per cent in 2016. This will mean that we will need to add another service van and technician by the autumn.”
Both Jon and Lisa are now out actively introducing Drain Doctor’s superb service to new customers. They already work for a number of Oxfordshire based estate agents and letting specialists who need reliable and cost-effective emergency contractors.
