Clarification regarding Drott's cash offer to Balder shareholders Due to certain details in the mass media following yesterday's press release from Drott (6/2000), Drott would like to issue the following clarification: Drott will revoke its offer if Balder's Extraordinary General Meeting approves the motion to make a public offer to shareholders in Diligentia to sell their shares in return for payment in the form of newly issued Balder shares.
