Drott and Atrium lease 26,900 square meters to the Tax Authority - launch a project in southern Stockholm The Tax Authority in Stockholm has signed a six-year least for 26,900 square meters in the Fatburssjön 5 property on Magnus Ladulåsgatan 65 in the Södermalm area of Stockholm. 1,200 employees from the Tax Authority will move into the property - which is owned 50/50 by Drott and Atrium - on January 1, 2004. In pace with ongoing rentals, additional conversion and extension is planned for a total of around 47,500 square meters. The total investment in Fatburssjön 5 is estimated at SEK 1.5 billion and is expected to generate a direct yield of around 9 per cent. The area around Medborgarplatsen is an attractive location for setting up offices thanks to its wide range of amenities, closeness to downtown and excellent subway and commuter train connections.
