Drott concentrate in Karlstad In an exchange with Tornet, Drott is shifting its focus in Karlstad to exclusively residential properties. Drott will receive five residential properties with a total area of 43,100 square meters in exchange for all of its commercial properties in Karlstad and one commercial property in Gothenburg. In addition, Drott will receive an extra payment of MSEK 170. The transaction will have no effect on profit. After the exchange, Drott will own 28 residential properties in Karlstad containing more than 1,300 apartments. The transaction is conditional on the outcome of employee co- determination negotiations, which will be initiated immediately. The transfer of ownership is scheduled for 1 January 2002.
