Drott has sold four properties for SEK 211 M Bostads AB Drott and the future Fabege have sold four properties for a total of SEK 211 M. Bostads AB Drott has sold two residential properties for a total of SEK 79 M. The price is an average of 14 percent higher than the properties' independently appraised values as of December 31, 2003. The capital gain for Bostads AB Drott totaled SEK 11 M. The future Fabege has sold two properties - one of which is a residential property sold to a tenant-owner association - for a total of SEK 132 M. The price is an average of 33 percent higher than the properties' independently appraised values as of December 31, 2003. The capital gain for Fabege amounted to SEK 45 M.
