Drott owns 95% of Balder - Further extension of acceptance period Following the extended acceptance period, which ended on April 10, Drott owns a total of 22,635,610 shares in Fastighets AB Balder ("Balder"), corresponding to 95.0% of the share capital and voting rights. Drott's Board of Directors decided today to request compulsory redemption of the remaining shares and to be granted prior rights to these shares. Following consultation with the OM Stockholm Stock Exchange, Drott's Board of Directors has requested that the Balder share be delisted as of April 27, 2000. The final date for trading will be April 26. To enable the remaining owners of Balder shares to avoid compulsory redemption, Drott has decided to further extend the acceptance period. The final date for accepting Drott's extended offer is Wednesday, May 10, with May 16 as the settlement date.
