Drott sells 10 residential properties for gain of SEK 180 million Drott has sold another ten residential properties in the Stockholm region for a total of SEK 500 million. The price is 20 percent higher than the properties' independently appraised market values as of December 31, 2002. The sales gain of SEK 180 million will be booked in the fourth quarter. The buyers are tenant-owner associations. The properties have a total of 26,000 square meters of rentable space, 21,000 sq. m. of which is residential space Thus far this year, Drott has sold 22 properties to tenant-owner associations for a total of SEK 1.1 billion (22 percent higher than the appraised market values as of December 31, 2002).
