Drott sells 16 properties for SEK 589 million - capital gain of SEK 223 million Drott has divested all of its properties in the Bellevuegården residential area in Malmö. The purchaser is AMCO Gruppen, which is also acquiring Drott's property in Höganäs. In Alingsås, Drott has sold a mixed holding of retail, office, residential and industrial/warehouse properties to a local construction company (Tommy Byggare). In Stockholm, three small residential properties containing a total of 54 apartments have been sold to tenant owner associations. The sales prices, which averaged SEK 17,000 per square meter, exceeded the properties' market value at December 31, 1999 by 35% (DTZ).
