New housing sales to tenants - proceeds of MSEK 110 At the end of 2000, Drott has sold another six Stockholm properties to tenant-owner associations. The proceeds of the sale amount to MSEK 110 and are reported in the fourth quarter of 2000. Drott's year-end report for 2000 will be published on 20 February 2001. Drott has thus carried out 13 sales to tenant-owner associations during 2000, at prices which were an average 33 per cent higher than independent property appraisals as per 31 December 1999. Sales prices correspond to SEK 14,300 - 23,600 per square meter of rentable space, or an average of SEK 17,000 per square meter. Of the combined 36,344 square meters of rentable space, 29,022 are residential. The total of 472 sold apartments represents 1/6 of Drott's aggregate portfolio of residential apartments in inner-city Stockholm.
