ABB boss and Nasdaq CFO joins Drupps

Water innovation company Drupps prepares international expansion in industrial airborne water production by strengthening its board with senior competence in strategy, finance and international business through Lena Wäppling and Henrik Resmark

–Wäppling and Resmark are two strategic reinforcements for Drupps, as a step in the process of preparing for an exciting journey upwards with growing international business making and collaborations with very large customers and deliveries, says Torgny Hellström, himself new chairman at Drupps since October 2021.

Lena Wäppling, b. 1968, has a long international career at ABB with business responsibilities within several segments, including food & beverage, energy, and manufacturing. Wäppling holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Linköping University and is today a board member of several Swedish companies and is heading a foundation in cancer research. 

Henrik Resmark, b. 1969, is CFO at QleanAir, a Nasdaq listed company since 2013 and has previously been CFO at two Investor-owned companies, in biotech and media, respectively. Resmark has also been strategy consultant and analyst at Booz Allen & Hamilton, controller at listed company Midway Holding, and in investment banking. Resmark holds a degree in Business from Lund University.

With these reinforcements the Drupps board now includes Torgny Hellström (chair), Björn Berg, Magnus Danielsson, Fredrik Edström, Henrik Resmark, Peter Silfwerbrand, Jonas Wamstad, and Lena Wäppling.
