Duni Group informs that Mellby Gård AB has passed the threshold for a mandatory offer

Duni AB's (publ) ("Duni Group") main owner Mellby Gård AB ("Mellby Gård") has announced that it has acquired shares in Duni Group and that Mellby Gård thereafter owns a total of 14,100,500 shares in Duni Duni Group, corresponding to 30.00 percent of the shares and votes. Thereby, the threshold for a mandatory offer in accordance with the Swedish Takeovers Act has been exceeded. According to the press release, Mellby Gård will within four weeks either make a mandatory offer for the remaining shares in Duni Group or divest shares to such an extent that Mellby Gård's shareholding thereafter falls below 30 percent of the votes in Duni again.
