Dolores, Colorado (26 July 2010) – London-based Yoga Instructor Liz Lark brings her dynamic, Astanga Vinyasa based Hatha Yoga instruction to the magical ghost town of Dunton Hot Springs in the Colorado Rockies for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat this fall. Focusing on the healing balance of the body and mind through alignment, gesture, breathing, sequencing and relaxation; Liz guides participants through flow-like routines and caters to every experience level.

Liz Lark has been teaching yoga throughout the world since 1995 (www.lizlark.com).  Her inspiration comes from the Astanga Vinyasa tradition and other Hatha yoga practices and art forms including yoga nidra.  Liz adapts yoga postures for each individual in order to tailor and therapeutically align the body.  Additionally, Liz has published several books including Astanga Yoga 2000, Yoga for Life 2002 and Healing Yoga 2004.

Guests can choose from a three, five or seven night yoga retreat.  This package includes accommodations in a private luxury cabin, three hours of instructed yoga daily, unlimited relaxation in the mineral hot springs, and light and delicious meals, using only the freshest local ingredients.  Guests can enhance their experience by selecting the Ultimate Yoga Retreat, which includes a spa or acupuncture treatment of their choice daily.

Dunton Hot Springs is the perfect place to disconnect, cleanse and align body & soul.
