NATIONAL EXPRESS COMPLETES PETERMANN ACQUISITION; PETERMANN WILL JOIN DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES BRAND IN THE U.S.
Warrenville, Ill. –National Express Group, the parent company of leading U.S. student transportation provider Durham School Services, completed the acquisition of Petermann on May 1, 2012. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Petermann was the fifth largest student transportation provider in the United States.
