Pontus is currently VP SMB Sales Nordic at Dustin and takes up his new role on December 1, 2024.Pontus has been working at Dustin since 2017 in multiple roles with sales responsibility. Dustin’s Nomination Committee has decided to propose that current board member Tomas Franzén is to be elected as new Chair of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 12 December 2024. Q4: New organisation for strengthened customer focus and increased efficiency

Change in Dustin’s group management team

Dustin today publishes an earnings update for the fourth quarter 2023/24 after compiling preliminary financial results for August. The company is expected to report net sales of approximately SEK 5.0 billion (5.1) and an adjusted EBITA result of SEK 20-40 million (142) in the fourth quarter.The development in the seasonally weaker fourth quarter has resulted in an unfavorable sales mix between countries and customer groups.
