Dustin’s Nomination Committee has decided to propose that current board member Tomas Franzén is to be elected as new Chair of the Board at the Annual General Meeting on 12 December 2024. Q4: New organisation for strengthened customer focus and increased efficiency

New organisation for increased efficiency – cost savings and changes in group management team

Dustin introduces a new organisational structure, enabled trough the roll-out of the common IT-platform, increasing the pace of implementing the company's strategy. Change in Dustin’s group management team

Alexandra Fürst has announced that she is leaving her position as COO. Dustin today publishes an earnings update for the fourth quarter 2023/24 after compiling preliminary financial results for August. The company is expected to report net sales of approximately SEK 5.0 billion (5.1) and an adjusted EBITA result of SEK 20-40 million (142) in the fourth quarter.The development in the seasonally weaker fourth quarter has resulted in an unfavorable sales mix between countries and customer groups.
