Changes in Dustin’s group management team – increased focus on synergies and SMB in Benelux
To enable further synergies and to increase the pace in the implementation of the Nordic model for small and medium sized businesses in the Benelux, Dustin establishes a common group organisation for Operations and one for the segment small and medium sized businesses. Alexandra Fürst, currently COO Nordic, will be responsible for Operations and Rebecca Tallmark, currently EVP SMB Nordic, will be responsible for SMB. As an effect Morten Jakobi, EVP SMB Benelux, and Gijsbert Geerders, COO Benelux, will leave the group management team but stay in the company in other roles.
- During the year we have successfully integrated the operations in Benelux into the group and are now operating with one common brand. We are ready to accelerate the pace of extracting synergies and to increase scalability, create an even better customer experience and strengthen our position towards small and medium sized businesses. We will do this by gathering all competencies and initiatives within Operations and within SMB. I am happy that Morten and Gijsbert take on other important roles in the company and I want to take the opportunity to thank them for their strong contributions as members of the group management team, says Thomas Ekman, President and CEO Dustin.
